The Board of Management of\u00a0FORAS\u00a0are now inviting suitable volunteers to apply for a role on the new committee. If you are interested in joining the committee please email your CV to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@forastrust.ie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@forastrust.ie<\/a>. The closing date for applications is 30 November 2021.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br>Board or audit committee experience is desirable. Applicants should have relevant experience in accounting, compliance, corporate governance or finance.\u00a0\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br><strong>Duties<\/strong><br>The committee will have oversight of the company\u2019s financial affairs, controls and governance structures. The committee shall work with, and advise, the Board of Management and Key Management Personnel to ensure the society\u2019s financial affairs are in order.
